We intend to manage, at any given time, a small portfolio of control investments in well-run companies with defensible product offerings. We consider investing in companies that should benefit from the experience of Momentum Capital Partners’ principles and from our contact base in finance, operations, marketing and other disciplines. We expect growth in revenue, profitability and enterprise value to follow. We are especially interested in investing in companies that are growing top line revenue in digital marketing, media, technology services, energy transportation or those that offer a recurring revenue service, product or subscription.
